I support companies in building and further developing scalable platforms – from architecture strategy and system design to successful implementation within the team.

My focus is on cloud-native systems in the Kotlin/Java ecosystem, particularly microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.

I consciously validate architectural decisions close to implementation – through proof-of-concepts, technical analyses, and, if necessary, through my own implementations.

Through my full-stack experience – from UI development to backend and platform architecture – I can think and implement systems holistically.

I take on architectural responsibility and can simultaneously implement critical parts of a system myself – a combination that is particularly crucial in transformation projects and when building new platforms.

Through my many years of coaching and consulting experience, I can bring together technical, functional, and organizational perspectives and bring complex projects to implementation in a structured manner.
