• • Built a full automation pipeline connecting Pimcore (PIM), Brightpearl (ERP), and WooCommerce via REST APIs, syncing products, orders, and custom fields in real time and eliminating ~80% of manual data entry.

• • Automated the full order-to-fulfillment workflow: WooCommerce sales orders synced to Brightpearl via a strict API sequence (POST order, PATCH custom fields, POST notes), triggering automated supplier PO splitting, stock allocation, and invoice generation, covering the complete SO/PO/invoicing cycle end to end.

• • Technical Leadership: Piloted the technical foundation across all projects, conducted code reviews, validated architecture decisions, and mentored junior developers to accelerate their growth.

• • HR & Pointage System: Automated attendance/leave management for 100+ users within Agile/Scrum sprints, replacing manual processes and enabling real-time productivity insights.

• • CRM Stock Tissu: Built a multi-location system (Depot/Usine) for SKU-level tracking, stock consumption, and automated transfers with low-stock alerts.

• • CRM Signature8: Developed a lead pipeline and contract tracking platform with automated task notifications and real-time performance dashboards.

• • AI & SaaS Integration: Spearheaded AI-driven review management platforms and built a WhatsApp AI assistant using TypeScript and Nest.js, improving customer response efficiency.

• • Platform Engineering (Exchango24): Architected core features for a currency-exchange platform including real-time API rate fetching, interactive mapping, and complex search/filter logic.
