I have been evolving for nearly 17 years in transforming organizations in France and internationally.

My professional journey began in 2008 in the world of software design and development before moving towards Management and then Coaching at the team and organizational transformation level.

I am convinced that building a common vision, process simplicity, and a human-centered project are the keys to performance.
