Ismène Lacaille

After graduating from ESSEC, I spent over 10 years in the corporate world, in various environments, from large groups (Procter & Gamble, Coty) to start-ups and consulting firms. I primarily held commercial, marketing, and managerial positions.

​This experience allowed me to closely observe the success factors of a high-performing company, including:

- Enabling each employee to be in the right role, to express their full potential, talent, and uniqueness

- Creating favorable conditions for team cohesion, collaboration, and interpersonal communication.

​I then decided to dedicate all my energy to coaching teams and managers, to support teams in their sustainable development and well-being. (See my training & certifications)

So that everyone finds their place individually and collectively.

So that everyone fully expresses and exploits their potential and uniqueness, alone and with others.
