    I hold a dual role as Designer and Product Manager, responsible for the creation, structuring, and product management of the Design System.
    • Evangelized the concepts of Design System and Design Tokens to design and tech teams, by leading training sessions and raising stakeholder awareness of consistency and scalability issues.
    • Designed and implemented a Design System from scratch, developing components in parallel with the interfaces to accelerate production while ensuring consistency from the outset.
    • Implemented agnostic Design Tokens in JSON format, in collaboration with technical teams, using Tokens Studio for management and synchronization from Figma, and Style Dictionary to parse and transform files for Tailwind CSS output. All structured according to a clear taxonomy to allow seamless integration into interfaces and component construction.
    • Structured the technical operations of the Design System (Design System Ops), laying the foundation for delivery: tool selection, technical infrastructure setup, global QA (visual tests, regressions, accessibility, interactions via Storybook and Chromatic), integrated into the company's QA strategy.
    • Managed the DS squad as Product Manager, steering the backlog and roadmap in ClickUp, defining agile rituals, and framing the complete process with shared Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) with the team.
    • Documented the Design System's usage via Docusaurus, to ensure scalability, centralization, and team autonomy on usage rules, best practices, and contribution processes.
    • Implemented adoption monitoring, defining KPIs (UI coverage, usage rate, cross-functional feedback) to drive value and prioritize Design System evolution.

    • Wrote and published the very first book dedicated to Design Tokens, structuring the content with domain experts such as Brad Frost, Ben Callahan, Lukas Oppermann, James Nash, Mike Kamminga, Samantha Gordashko, Louis Chenais, Audrey Hacq, Laurent Thiebault, and Estelle Pelleterat de Borde, to make it a clear reference for product teams wishing to industrialize their design practices.
    • Defined the editorial line and organized the content, ensuring consistency of concepts, practical cases, workshops, and contributions across more than 200 pages.
    • Led the publication and communication strategy, coordinating the launch and engaging the design community through several meetups: – 3 editions in Paris (Carrefour & Specify, France TV & Tokens Studio, The Fork & Supernova) organized at Frontguys premises – Lyon (in collaboration with Friends of Figma & Le Wagon) – Marseille (with Le Laptop)

    Strategic mission within Chanel, an emblematic French luxury house, to support the transformation of its Design System into a company-wide transverse product. In a context combining strong brand requirements and complex organization, the intervention aimed to assess the maturity of the system, formalizing concrete recommendations to strengthen its structure, industrialization, and adoption.
    • Conducted a comprehensive audit of the existing Design System, identifying strengths and friction points in design, technical, and organizational aspects.
    • Formulated recommendations for evolution, covering the system's structure, governance, integration processes, and associated tools.
    • Led collaborative multi-disciplinary workshops (design, product, tech) to co-build design processes and define shared practices in a Design System Ops logic.
    • Conducted internal advocacy work to shift the perception of the system beyond a simple UI Kit, laying the groundwork for a true transverse product design.
    • Supported key stakeholders by leading awareness sessions on a product vision for the Design System, fostering strategic and operational alignment.
