Automotive - Operational excellence transformation

Conducted Global operational assessment across production plant of tier 1 automotive supplier, and defined improvement roadmap tied to quantifiable financial savings, Spearheaded in-depth research and analysis into various areas such as resources waste in material, labor utilization, machine utilization, energy...etc. Structured performance management system connecting strategy to the field through implementation of KPIs & routines , and structured problem-solving. Orchestrated the global implementation of operational improvement projects and drive the PMO of the global project (Resources, planning, governance) Led targeted improvement projects (5S implementation, defect reduction, lead time reduction, inventory reduction, etc.). Medical – Greenfield project

Defined the vision of the plant within next 10 years in term of turnover and volume, Steering the target operating model to achieve the plant's ambitious vision Identified the workstream and activities needed to reach the vision (Process, Organization, Layout, Digital…) Redesigned the processes for critical department (Production, Quality, maintenance) Review the organization based on the new processes Design the Optimal Layout for the new plant

Supported a 70,000 m² automotive parts warehouse with 80,000 SKUs to enhance operations by planning and executing Lean strategies and metrics. Provided support across various organizational levels to clearly link project metrics to strategic objectives using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
