Development of the emergency call function within the connectivity service

Piloting the development of the function until commercialization

- Homologate the part, the software and the vehicle

- Achievements:

- Pilot development of the emergency call system with the supplier

- Pilot validation of the emergency call system (Microphone, speaker, GNSS and LTE antennas)

- Creation of test plans and monitoring of validations

- Preparation of homologation and certification planning

- Pilot audio and brightness certification

- Emergency call system homologation (crash test)

- Crisis management

- Pilot the development of the electronic board in accordance with the standards in force in the various trades (HW (Env +CEM), SW, safety of operation)

-> Identify Product / Process risks on the part

-> Minimize defects during validations (DV / PV)

-> Capitalization in order to avoid the occurrence of defects already appeared in series life

-> Improve the robustness of the design by challenging suppliers

- Pilot suppliers to ensure the correct implementation of specifications and compliance with Renault standards.

- Management of reprogramming methods according to the constraints and requirements of the different phases of the project.

- Management of the PDE pole: Prioritization and allocation of tasks to team members to ensure maximum efficiency during critical phases of the project.

- Provide continuous support to the various teams (E2E, integration, PIE)

- Intervention in Renault factories to resolve problems impacting production at the Vehicle Electronics Factory process level.

- Creation, testing and delivery of configuration files for all Renault factories
