Product owner of the project DAFNE (The internal financial analysis and rating tool used by all CASA entities):

 Analyze and formalize the different stages of the rating process.

 Draft detailed business requirements and validate the corresponding functional specifications.

 Organize and lead workshops with all Crédit Agricole Group entities using the DAFNE tool — both in France and internationally— and produce detailed meeting minutes.

 Collaborate with IT teams in Agile mode to conduct detailed requirements review sessions and design workshops.

 Define qualification strategies and test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).

 Monitor project risks and proactively alert contributors and sponsors regarding planning or delivery issues.

Development of an asset correlation model on a CLO portfolio for economic capital calculation. Quantitative modeling, methodological validation, and technical documentation within the Risk Analytics & Modelling team.

Reviewing of responses provided by the first line of defense (LoD1) to the ECB measures following the ECB's IFRS9 OSI:

 communicating with LoD1 to define a suitable response to each measure, based on the findings pointed out by the ECB,

 analyzing the response produced by LoD1 and writing review reports.

In the context of the IFRS9 program:

 Leading an independent review of the implementation of FL calculations and presenting the results to external auditors (CACs).

 Leading an independent review of the ECL calculation implementation in the central IFRS9 tool and drafting of a review report covering Process, Change Management, Permanent Control, and Data Quality aspects.

 Leading an independent review of the robustness of an internal BNPP Group platform used for producing regulatory calculation and reporting.
