In an agile context, I participate in developing various business needs (Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory) to highlight their business data through interactive Power BI reports. Initially, we developed our dashboards with an architecture based on Azure SQL Server. Then, we migrated our reports to Google Cloud while continuing to develop new features on the old architecture.

• Interact with data integration teams to retrieve necessary data for development.

• Model data in Power BI before presenting it as interactive reports, integrating relevant KPIs.

• Manage data security by restricting user access based on their roles (global, by zone, or by country).

• Assist business users in developing reports through self-service reporting training sessions.

• Improve the performance of existing systems by referring to Microsoft's recommendations for Power BI usage and managing large historical data.

• Ensure the decommissioning of the old architecture to migrate to the new one.

• Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand and estimate development effort.

• Participate in agile ceremonies: PI Planning, Sprint/PI Retrospective, Daily.

• Maintain the existing system.

DPD Group specializes in parcel delivery. As part of the creation of a new BI system, I participated in its modeling and implementation by developing dashboards representing a large volume of daily data from various organizational departments, from extraction to visualization.

• Study the existing system and gather new requirements through workshops.

• Identify relevant data to meet client needs.

• Build the data model.

• Apply processing to extracted data and populate the data warehouse.

• Develop relevant indicators.

• Showcase client data through data visualization and interactive reports.

• Ensure data security at the row level.

• Write technical documentation and support users.

Tonnellerie du Monde is a barrel manufacturer. I was part of a three-developer team to create a BI application for tracking company activities in Agile mode (Finance, Human Resources, Distribution, Logistics).

• Gather requirements by organizing workshops with business stakeholders.

• Utilize existing data in the data warehouse after extraction and transformation for integration into Power BI.

• Design and model the screens for various Power BI reports.

• Participate in documentation writing.
