Production of the entire Foncia filmJuly 2026 - July 2026Client: FonciaThe Challenge: Create the brand film for a national top management seminar: a true broadcast-quality rugby advertising film, entirely in AI video, without a single day of filming. The difficulty was threefold: a full cast of recognizable recurring characters (ten players + a coach) from shot to shot, and a 1 minute 30 film designed to assemble seamlessly; each generated segment had to connect to the next with pixel-perfect precision.My 3-step approach:Creative Research & Development: The real key to AI video generation isn't the beauty of a shot, but the continuity of an entire cast over 40 shots. As an AI video creator, I developed a system of "surgical prompts": identity locks per character, verbatim jersey details, set geography with constant screen direction, shot-by-shot ball possession chain, and anti-cloning locks so that ten AI extras never run like a single synchronized army.Production & Zero-Cut Architecture: The voice-over mapped second-by-second to the client's script, and a coach's dialogue in French, directed like a real scene. Result: a film that assembles end-to-end, ready for mixing.The Final Result: More than an AI video production, a turnkey creative engine delivered: the brand film. A corporate film with the look of a TV commercial, produced at a fraction of the budget and time of traditional filming.Reception: Film approved and broadcast at the opening of the seminar to Foncia's top management. My work went beyond simple prompting. I benchmarked cutting-edge AI video generation models (Seedance 2.0, Kling, Runway) for the best quality/control ratio, then developed a "surgical prompt" approach: locks ensuring that each generated shot accurately reproduced the correct product and brand identity regardless of the angle.Production and Development: With the validated "model," I applied it to all sequences in AI video generation (lifestyle, product shots, interface, final)...The Final Result: Beyond a video service, I delivered a creative engine.
