• Active participation in all stages of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) operations on both the sell-side and buy-side, transaction execution, and due diligence processes in the consumer goods, entertainment, healthcare, technology, and infrastructure sectors

• Financial analysis and modeling, business plans, and valuations using comparable transactions, market multiples (trading multiples), DCF, and LBO analyses,

Strategic and financial analysis of Private Equity, Private Debt, and Infrastructure funds, as well as analysis of investment opportunities within the deal flow monitoring framework.

• Drafting of Investment Memorandums, active participation in Investment Committees and various due diligence processes.

• Participation in client meetings, presentation of investment roadmaps, as well as discussions with key members of analyzed funds, management teams, and portfolio monitoring.
