Complete BIM modeling of high-rise building projects (up to 80 floors): definition of levels, architectural design, rigid core and elevators, placement and repetition of columns, development of floors (retail, leisure, and typical units), and elaboration of the execution project. Models delivered ready for technical coordination, document production, and construction site planning. Integration of Revit families (curtain walls, carpentry, sanitary ware). Production of plans, sections, elevations, and quantity take-offs from the model.

Complete development of horizontal condominium projects, from the study phase to the execution project and approval. Creation of site plans, master plans, sections, facades, and photorealistic 3D views. Design of spatial organization scenarios (flows, sunlight, green spaces) and overall modeling (volumes, facades, interior design, and common areas). Production of 3D visuals for client presentations. Projects carried out in Itajaí, including the Fiori di Milano condominium, currently under construction using the BIM methodology.

Design of architectural projects and regularization in BIM: dental clinic (300 m²), individual houses, and interior design (leisure spaces). Precise measurements and layout development in compliance with health standards (8 dental offices and a prosthetics laboratory). Development of the hydrosanitary project and management of conformity procedures with authorities. BIM modeling and coordination, production of technical documents, and execution planning. Design of architectural projects in Revit and construction regularization. Complete office management: Client needs assessment and follow-up, plan creation, project coordination, administrative and financial procedures.
