I grew up in Casarabonela (Málaga), a white village in the Sierra de las Nieves, where my parents had an inn.
Life there revolved around taking orders and conversations full of stories 🍷🥘
Without realizing it, between dishes, I learned to observe, listen, and sense when someone was having a good day... or needed an extra chat. That's where my relationship with people, with nuances, with each person's different facets began.
