Curious, creative, and pragmatic, I support the professional development of leaders, managers, and teams towards serene performance. I use coaching, training, and collective intelligence techniques. My practice is based on highlighting the positive experiences of individuals and groups and projecting towards the desired future.

This activates awareness in my clients, enabling the emergence of new possibilities, new behaviors, or habits to implement so they can achieve their goals.

I use Oscar Wilde's quote as an emblem of my practice: "Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." This quote illustrates for me both the intention of coaching, which recognizes individuals or groups as capable of finding their own solutions and encourages differences to be expressed, while also using humor, which allows for good distance to see clearly.
