I am a consultant in space planning, usage design, and hybrid project management. I assist companies, businesses, hotels, co-working spaces, real estate professionals, and project leaders in transforming their interior spaces. My goal is to create places that are more functional, attractive, profitable, and adapted to new uses. I intervene in particular on: • needs and usage analysis; • optimization of underutilized spaces; • design of hybrid, professional, or commercial spaces; • zoning, layout, and concept creation; • selection of furniture, decoration, and equipment; • improvement of customer journey and user experience; • project coordination until implementation. My approach combines space design, commercial real estate, customer experience, and operational strategy. I don't just offer aesthetic decoration: I seek to understand the business model, the constraints of the location, and the real needs of its users.
