Over these thirty years in the wine and spirits sector, I have acquired solid multidisciplinary experience, as well as skills in the main areas of communication. After consolidating my knowledge of these precious nectars and the different tasting techniques through WSET 2 and 3 and Revue du Vin de France Academy - Sommelier Caviste Skills Block - Wine Tasting and Oenology Techniques (intuitive and geo-sensory approaches), I lead oenology training courses and train for oenology diplomas, having always taken pleasure in training and passing on my knowledge.

I currently teach evening classes for restaurant professionals and individuals.
