I work with Training Organizations for training related to the assistant profession (writing, human resources...) and with Schools: BTS Support to Management, IUT of Juvisy, Department of Commercial Techniques (Social Psychology of Organizations), Bachelor and Master Human Resources (Employee Representative Institutions, Training, Professional Risks). One of my most rewarding missions: Implementing a training module for vulnerable employees and/or those nearing retirement: discovering the internet, creating and using an email account, basic use of Office Suite software...

Employee training (5,000 hours of training delivered):

- Customer relations (training and on-the-job coaching)

- Written communication (how to write an email, a letter, how to respond to a complaint)

- Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint advanced level)

- CRM tools: training for all employees / advanced level

- The toll environment in Europe Training (presentation) provided to premium clients, particularly within the Ecotaxe project. Training delivered in France as well as in a subsidiary in Hungary.

- Development and implementation of the training plan for a department of 150 employees: file tracking, service provider research...

- Participation in the takeover of a telecommunication network (right-of-way management) of 900 km

- Implementation of a documentation server for the entire Directorate.
