• Various contract types (general contractor award, individual trade award, architect and specialist planner contracts, general planning contracts)

• Leading project teams

• Tenant acquisition, tenant support during tenant planning, construction phase, and tenancy.

• Close collaboration with in-house legal counsel for construction and architectural law.

• Project organization for the overall execution of construction projects.

• Realization of administrative buildings, residential and commercial buildings, hotels, restaurants, retail.

• Conversion/renovation of existing properties (listed building/individual monument)
