At E.ON, I have leveraged my expertise honed during my tenure at Boehringer Ingelheim to lead and implement comprehensive Sourcing and Procurement strategies. This includes overseeing all stages from general considerations and overarching principles to category management, supplier relationship management, source to contract process, procure-to-pay process, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Through strategic initiatives, I have driven innovation within E.ON's supply chain, demonstrating adaptability and excellence by introducing new KPIs tailored to market dynamics. My involvement in the digital transformation journey has led to the successful implementation of a cutting-edge Source to Pay system, automating procurement processes and reinforcing our commitment to operational efficiency. This initiative not only highlights my dedication to excellence but also signifies a cultural shift towards compliance and proactive stakeholder engagement within the organization. Led strategic sourcing and procurement for enterprise SaaS solutions (CRM, ask. Lio, Docusign, Veeva) and negotiated IT service contracts with SAP and innovation partners — Frog Design, Psiori, VisionQ, Realto, Fludia, Lemonbeat (IoT), Neukla — securing SLAs, GDPR compliance, liability caps, and performance guarantees. Acted as liaison with gridX for e-mobility projects, ensuring alignment of procurement processes with technical requirements, monitoring lead times, and facilitating smooth implementation. Implemented a Source-to-Pay system and drove supplier consolidation, reducing vendor base by 30%, while delivering 50% savings on EV charging hardware installations through e-auction strategies. Extensive experience in global P2P process design and SAP SRM/ERP operations, delivering measurable improvements in governance, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

The GBS organization is responsible to provide full support to the Boehringer Ingelheim countries; my roll was related to coordinate the effort to ensure the sustainability of the SAP operations related to P2P, SRM and CRM (Veeva) – 9 steps of the call.

P2P Process Management serves as the Global Standard setter for all processes that are defined as being in scope. This covers: Design/development, roll out/deployment and continuous improvement of template concepts, contents, processes and enabling organizational structures as well as definition of functional requirements for supporting systems and enabling technologies as well as ongoing global governance and performance monitoring for the relevant processes in scope. For GBS PM as a Global Function, close interaction within BI corporate organization and sustaining relationships to external process area community members are crucial on a global scale.
