Challenges

UFF wanted to strengthen the understanding and application of the complaint handling process by its teams. The challenge was twofold: to ensure regulatory compliance (ACPR) while harmonizing practices in the field, in order to ensure smoother, faster, and higher quality customer request management.

Work performed

I designed a complete e-learning module, taking charge of the educational engineering, content scripting, and module design.

✅ Outcome

The module now allows teams to better identify and qualify complaints, adopt the right reflexes, and secure their processing. The module integrates differentiated learning paths (headquarters / agency), interactions (quizzes, role-playing scenarios), and a clear pedagogical approach to facilitate the appropriation of concepts and best practices.
