I am a passionate and experienced Product Owner, holding a Master's degree in Brand E-Business Management from ESCG Paris. I have over 7 years of experience in the digital sector, where I have managed and led several cross-functional projects using Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, and Safe project management methodologies.

I am currently completing my assignment at Renault Group within the digital division, where I led various digital projects aimed at improving customer experience during the launch of new vehicles, notably on the new Renault R5 project.

My responsibilities included gathering user requirements, writing user stories, creating the product backlog, coordinating resources, facilitating design workshops, and monitoring development and deliveries.

During this assignment, I contributed to the creation of a website dedicated to the new electric car range, which resulted in a significant increase in conversion rate of 15%.

In addition to my digital project management skills, I have acquired expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce website creation during my previous experiences at Disneyland Paris and SAUR.

I am driven by challenge, creativity, and innovation, and I have always strived to deliver quality products on time and within budget.

With a strong team spirit, I know how to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Outside of my professional life, I have been a passionate amateur boxer for over 15 years. This discipline has allowed me to develop pressure management, channel my energy, and push my limits in every training session and competition.
