Textile company TIER 3 in the automotive sector with presence in 5 countries. Direct management of a team of over 18 people, Team Leaders, administrative staff, and permanent and temporary employees. Selection, shift planning, rotations, and conflict management.

Consulting and implementation of ERP/WMS in industrial companies and logistics operators. Single point of contact between client, business, and IT in each project: from functional analysis to go-live and post-implementation support. Resolution of high-level incidents and identification of gaps between the system and real operations.
