I am Iris, founder of Basileo'RH. I support leaders, HR managers, and supervisors in structuring, professionalizing, and deploying a useful, human, and effective HR function.

My goal is simple: to work with you, solve your problems, and turn your ideas into concrete solutions. It is essential for me to understand each organization in its uniqueness, in order to build a close support that combines performance and flexibility.

My experience has allowed me to develop solid expertise in Human Resources and recruitment. I have already had the opportunity to lead a team of over a hundred people, who initially had no HR department, and to build a complete department from scratch. This experience taught me that it is always possible to create quality, even in demanding contexts.

In 2024, this journey was recognized with the award for the second-best recruiter in France. But beyond this distinction, what I want to highlight is my ability to offer effective and accessible solutions. Being alone in my practice, I benefit from reduced overheads, which allows me to offer a competitive rate while maintaining a high level of quality.
