Iris Hoejenbos

With a solid foundation in finance, I have become more involved with other business units, including HR and project management, through various assignments. From my natural inclination to be open to new fields and developments, I have increasingly developed and deepened my expertise in these areas. This has also brought me into contact with the importance of change management. In all the roles I have fulfilled, the human aspect has been my most important driver, and I personally strive for continuous development.

I approach an organization holistically, without losing sight of the outside world. I have an open and curious attitude and am able to build good relationships with all levels within an organization.
