Irina Nitescu

Within the CPTS of Trégor, I am involved in several strategic and operational areas related to territorial healthcare organization, communication, and project coordination.

I notably manage the group of member medical secretaries, "Les Demoiselles du téléphone," focusing on skills development, structuring practices, and highlighting their role in the care pathway.

I also support the CPTS in all its internal and external communication: information dissemination, clarity of actions, promotion of projects, and ensuring message consistency for healthcare professionals and partners.

Furthermore, I contribute to the territorial health project, particularly on access to care issues, by working on the territorial organization of unscheduled care and patients without a primary care physician. In this context, I participated in the creation, with the Member of Parliament for Côtes-d’Armor, of the territorial reflection workshop "Trégor Accès Santé."

I am also involved in the reflection and construction of the territorial health center project in Lannion, currently underway.

This mission requires strong skills in multi-stakeholder coordination, institutional communication, health project structuring, and fostering territorial dynamics.

In my role as coordinator at the Maison de Santé Pluriprofessionnelle of Perros-Guirec, I led a thorough reorganization of medical secretarial duties to optimize task distribution, streamline internal operations, and enhance collective efficiency.

I designed and implemented several structuring processes for care regulation, patient pathway improvement, and medical team replacement management. This organizational work notably enabled the establishment of a summer unit for unscheduled care, with a concrete impact on access to care: the SAS was able to handle 90% of its requests during the period.

I also contribute to the construction, coordination, and monitoring of the health project at the territorial level, in close collaboration with institutional and local partners: Centre Hospitalier de Lannion, the town hall, Lannion-Trégor Communauté, CPAM, ARS.

This experience has allowed me to develop strong expertise in organizational structuring, multidisciplinary coordination, health project management, and pathway optimization.

Complete overhaul of the group's website, both in terms of structure, content, and ergonomics.

Research and management of external providers.

Writing and editing of various group publications: the weekly political and economic newsletters "La Lettre du Pouvoir" and "La Lettre de la Communication."

Interviewing leading figures from CAC 40 listed companies.
