Tooling engineer with 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector, I participated in the design and optimization of tooling for Airbus (A320, A321, A350), and Collins Aerospace, working on complex projects related to aircraft production and assembly.

My main responsibilities:

3D modeling and 2D drawing of tooling in compliance with Airbus standards and SKELETON methods.

International projects, particularly for the Airbus FAL in Mobile (USA): analysis of client plans, writing of user manuals and risk analyses in English.

Design of trolleys, door slides, aircraft floors, with technical analyses (FDR, structural calculations).

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical compliance and optimize structures.

Management of specific projects such as:

Landing gear JIGS (3D optimization)

Nacelle trolley (modifications and component integration)

Rotisserie (complete design of specific tooling)

Skills: CATIA V5, 2D/3D drawing, plan reading, risk analysis, technical writing, English proficiency, Airbus standards.

Analysis of company needs and writing of a structured specifications document. Research and selection of suppliers for the acquisition of a suitable quality control machine. Supervision of the machine installation and organization of user training. Proposal and implementation of technical improvements to optimize productivity.
