I am an HR professional with 25 years of hands-on experience inside some of the most demanding corporate environments in banking, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. I did not build my expertise in a classroom — I built it in the room where the hard decisions were made.
Over the course of my career I have led two full corporate mergers and one acquisition from the inside.
