Mission: Migration of internal applications from Delphi/Oracle to new web applications in PHP/Angular/Oracle. I joined the team as a web developer and a few months later, I also took on the role of Scrum Master, given my experience in Agile mode. During 2020, I also started acting as Tech Lead within the same team. The team is organized in Scrum mode, with an average of 5 people, with 3-week sprints.

Tasks:

I - Development:

- Progressive migration of the old application and development of new features on the new application,

- Bug fixing and customer support management,

- Writing and validation of functional test scenarios.

II - Tech Lead:

- Coaching and implementation of technical training for the development team,

- Breakdown of technical tasks for User Stories integrated into the sprint backlog,

- Functional and technical study and design of new development topics,

- Technical and functional support for all developers in the team,

- Code review and functional and technical validation of the team's developments.

III - Scrum Master:

- Facilitation of Agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective...

- Proposal and implementation of processes to improve the team's organization and productivity,

- Operational monitoring of development progress.

Mission: Application maintenance and development of business evolutions for the Hermès E-commerce site. Project involving about fifty collaborators, organized in SAFe mode. 5 teams with an average of 10 people per team, working in 3-week sprints.

Tasks:

- Bug fixing and development of evolutions on the order workflow and customer relationship part on Magento,

- Bug fixing and development of evolutions, on front-end and back-end, on Drupal,

- Participation in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, PI Planning, grooming...

Technical Environment:

Mission: Development of an internal application for the technical department of La Poste. The application is part of the Sorting Information System (SITRI) and manages the configuration of mail sorting machines. Team of 3 people, organized in Scrum mode, 2-week sprints.

Tasks:

- Front-end and back-end development on Laravel,

- Development of unit and integration tests with PHPUnit,

- Implementation of functional test scenarios with Behat and Selenium IDE,

- Facilitation of workshops: sprint review, sprint planning, retrospective, exchange points with the client/AMOA,

- Estimation of User Stories, breakdown into sub-tasks and estimation in man-days,

- Initialization of JIRA usage for project management (definition of sprint backlog, use of Scrum Board, JIRA development workflow, and work journal...),

- Monitoring of development progress and acceptance testing,

- Technical support, coaching, and training within the team.
