I build data governance in companies that have never had it.

That means arriving in an organization where data moves without standards, quality is assumed rather than measured, and nobody can agree on what a "customer" actually is in the system — and leaving with a functioning governance framework, data contracts, quality SLAs, and people who know how to maintain it.

I have done this across industries and organizational sizes, from first data hire to leading stewardship across 15 countries. My background is in applied mathematics and statistics, which shapes how I think about data quality: not as a compliance checkbox, but as an evidence problem. Bad data is not a technical failure. It is an organizational one, and fixing it requires working across engineering, business, and leadership simultaneously.
