Complete accounting management of a public works agency, including full responsibility for accounts payable. Organization and management of accounting activities, monitoring of commitments and expenses, management of supplier relations and disputes. Close collaboration with agency management and works teams to ensure the reliability of financial data. Monthly closings, account reconciliation, and contribution to financial reporting. Participation in structuring accounting procedures and improving internal processes.

I manage and lead an accounts payable department within major infrastructure projects (large-scale construction sites like tramways, currently on T10 in Lyon).

I supervise a small team of 2 accountants, define and allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with procedures, deadlines, and the quality of accounting processes.

I handle all accounts payable, from invoice processing and verification to monthly account closing. I monitor commitments, manage supplier disputes, and ensure the reliability of accounting data.

I work in close collaboration with project management, site teams, and external partners to ensure smooth financial management compliant with contractual requirements.

I also manage the site's living facilities (expenses, suppliers, administrative follow-up) and actively participate in the project's monthly closings and financial reporting.
