About Innocent

Experienced IT Leader and Transition Manager (+26 years), I support organizations in the transformation, security, and optimization of their information systems, in alignment with their strategic, regulatory, financial, and sustainable performance objectives.

I intervene in transition contexts, major transformation programs, or pre-restructuring, particularly in Digital, Cloud, Data & AI areas within IT Departments, with a strong focus on value, governance, risk management, architectural efficiency, and operational reliability.

In the role of CTO and Design Authority, I design and manage robust, scalable, resilient, and secure architectures, ensuring consistency between business processes and technological solutions while integrating principles of digital sobriety and IT resource optimization.

I structure the industrialization of Cloud, Data, Analytics, and AI / GenAI platforms (DataOps, MLOps, RAG, MCP) and define modernization and migration trajectories (Move to Cloud, outsourcing, managed services) using a progressive and secure approach: scoping & diagnosis, target architecture, migration scenarios (rehost, replatform, refactor), CAPEX/OPEX & FinOps modeling, governance, and reversibility.

I combine strategic vision and operational execution capability (Cloud-Native, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, SRE, observability (Datadog), software supply chain security: SAST, SCA, DAST, IAST, secret scanning, SBOM) to ensure scalable, efficient architectures managed in financial and energy terms, in direct interface with IT Directors, Executive Committees, and Business Departments.
