I led process improvement projects using agile, Lean, and RPA automation methodologies to optimize time and increase efficiency. I conducted diagnostics to identify flaws in the corporate application, proposing solutions for improvement and ensuring monitoring through indicators and statistics. I supported product management and the commercial area in implementing changes for new product development. I managed projects ensuring control of time, cost, and scope, coordinated training for end-users with the technical team, and promptly addressed requirements from internal and external control bodies.

Management and coordination of multiple teams. Product Owner for various projects, operational process improvement, and RPA automation implementation to optimize time and generate greater efficiency. Conduct diagnostics to identify shortcomings in the corporate application, propose system improvement solutions, and monitor and control processes through statistics and indicators. Support product management and/or the commercial area for process changes in new product development, project management in scope definition and time control, and promptly respond to requirements from internal or external control bodies.

Provide support to the operational area's compliance teams (Cashiers, checkers, and coordinators) to manage solutions for operational inconsistencies or system errors. Generate diagnostics through the review and analysis of special cases, determine improvement actions and solutions, implement controls, perform application tests, and documentation and certification for go-live. Participate in the configuration of the Sifi application, support in addressing requirements from other areas of the trust company on operational matters.
