Ingrid Brulant

From Lille, with a generalist background (Sciences Po) followed by Human Resources (Paris Assas), 25 years of experience.

After a career in HR, organization, and management, I shifted to influence communication in 2018, while taking on strong associative and then political commitments. I was a local elected official for 6 years in Lille and the Lille metropolis - MEL - between 2020 and 2026. This triple experience (private / associative / political) allows me to connect strategy and the field, and to foster dialogue between public, private, and citizen stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design useful and embodied communication and influence strategies

• Produce high-impact content (speeches, reports, advocacy, social media)

• Facilitate dialogue among stakeholders with divergent interests to advance projects

• Structure and manage high-stakes projects (urban, economic, social)

• Lead teams, train, and speak at events
