My name is Ingrid and I am an independent professional integration coach. I help people regain confidence, take stock of their skills, and most importantly, find their place in the job market.

I work with a very diverse range of people: young people, job seekers, people changing careers… Each journey is unique, and I am committed to providing human, personalized, and effective support, in line with the needs on the ground.

For individuals, I offer skills assessments funded by the CPF, career guidance for young people, professional project development, application file preparation, and training advice.

Specifically, I offer workshops, individual interviews, coaching, as well as support for job searching and career development. My goal: to build connections, activate positive dynamics, and open up sustainable perspectives.
