17 years of strategic HR management at Deutsche Bahn – most recently as Head of Leadership Development & Staffing – have given me insight into how organizations truly function: where energy resides, where it is lost, and what is needed for change to have a lasting impact.

Since 2024, as a self-employed HR expert, systemic organizational consultant, and coach, I have been supporting companies and leaders in challenging growth and change processes – from strategy to implementation, from the individual to the entire organization.
