Nice to see you looking at my profile. I also look forward to your request, whether as a project manager, software developer or for the creation of a concept / proof-of-concept.

If you are aiming for agile development (e.g. according to Scrum), I still recommend starting with a technical specification in order to achieve the (variable) goal within the desired budget. You should only do without the specification if you are already very confident in working in an agile manner.

Some freelancer colleagues prefer email/messaging contact, but I am also happy if we can clarify some topics by phone / face-to-face.
