Overall planning management for four Grand Paris Express stations: coordination of project management consultants, construction companies, and project management assistance to secure commissioning milestones. Management of critical planning interfaces between infrastructure and systems; consolidation of inter-market sequences and analysis of company schedules. Preparation of arbitration elements for project management: support for decision-making on sensitive sequences and proposal of planning optimization levers. Contribution to the commissioning strategy: structuring key milestones, synchronizing internal/external stakeholders, and aligning operational calendars. Cross-functional support for project management: dissemination of best practices in deadline management and support for teams on calendar issues.

Public owner-led management of the multi-year investment program for the renewal of transport and distribution networks (approximately 11 km of pipelines replaced annually). Definition of needs, management of public procurement for design and construction, operational monitoring of sites until acceptance. Coordination of stakeholders: member municipalities, project management consultants, service providers, and construction companies to ensure cost, quality, and deadline objectives are met. Network asset management: management of a geotechnical contract worth €1 million per year with two design offices to assess and plan strategic interventions on the network.

Analysis of specifications and coordination of responses to public tenders (drinking water, sanitation, urban mobility, renewable energies). Project management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams: mobilization of experts, coordination of design offices, and supervision of technical and commercial deliverables. Operational monitoring of drinking water network renewal works in 13 municipalities in the Île-de-France region.
