-Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations)– Managed a portfolio of 5 digital innovation projects within the Lab des Territoires. E.g.: deployment of tools for local authorities (Territoiresfertiles.fr, Collectiv’Finances, France Foncier + community).

-CFI (Canal France International)– Designed and facilitated collective intelligence workshops in Benin, Togo, and Chad (90+ participants). Objective: co-construct a 3-year capacity building program. Report & recommendations, Presentations.

-Ateliers des solutions - DGALN, DRIHL, AORIF(Consortium led by Le Sens de la Ville) – Conducted exploratory interviews, designed, and facilitated collective intelligence workshops to rethink social housing in Île-de-France (plenary, ideation & prioritization, 100+ participants).

-Sparknews– Deployed a fresco presenting the CSR strategy of a multinational corporation to 700 employees. Recruitment, training, coordination of 70 facilitators.

-ATD Quart Monde & NGO network– Designed through collective intelligence a Fresco to raise awareness about discrimination experienced by precarious populations in accessing culture.

-Professor in Business Schools – Neoma Business School, Ieseg BS, ESSEC– Courses in design thinking, strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Hackathons at Neoma and ESSEC; occasional intervention at HEC on leadership through collective intelligence.
