Within the Finance department. Portfolio of 8 entities across 2 regions (Latam, PF inside).

• In-depth analysis and review of the forecasting models of financial data reported by entities during closing and budget exercises.

• Control of the consistency of financial data (P&L) and reconciliation in systems between management and accounting.

• Monitoring of scope changes in close collaboration with the Accounting, Financial Management, and ALM departments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data during entity and portfolio sales (Mexico, Brazil).

• Participation in the deployment phase of the CCH Tagetik ERP: end-user training, point of contact for entities during dry runs, control of reported data, communication of anomalies to the project team.

Major Partners Department. Monitoring of the partnership with Axa Banque (€2M Net Banking Income).

• Monitoring of commercial performance, results, and profitability of the partnership with Axa Banque. Production and distribution of financial reports for management in close collaboration with Axa Banque's accounting team. Development of forecast budgets by analyzing financial trends and past performance.

• Modeling and analysis of financial indicators and their evolution.

• Administration, improvement, and updating of tools used (forecasting models, dashboards).

• Consolidation and control of costs and headcount in collaboration with the Finance and HR departments.

• Monitoring of general expenses and analysis of variances between budget forecasts and actuals, proposing corrective actions.

• Management of quarterly committees to review expenses and anticipate future ones.

• Improvement of the quarterly reporting process by implementing the Tableau data visualization tool.

• Improvement of the monitoring process for external assistants (contract management, invoicing) within the Central Risk department in collaboration with the Purchasing department.

• Monitoring of savings achieved during the sector's transformation program and preparation of steering committee materials.
