Study and analysis of cases submitted by our intermediaries, proposal of tailored coverage in compliance with the company's underwriting policy. Analysis of portfolio contracts during changes in the Insured's needs for guarantees or activities; Proposal of endorsements impacting pricing conditions to maintain portfolio profitability. Preparation and anticipation of renewals; Negotiation and application of economic increases. Remediation of the portfolio of at-risk policies. Maintenance and development of commercial relationships with brokers (Île de France, Région Centre, Monaco, and DOM-TOM).

Analyze the prospect's claims history, risk factors, and compare the underwritten guarantees. Determine underwriting terms, prepare a contract draft, and propose it to the intermediary. Analyze contract profitability and adjust pricing (calculate increases during renewals), manage endorsements/amendments and reinstatements. Provide technical and commercial support to intermediary brokers and the AXA network agents. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
