Referent for Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the SI experts team at Société Générale, with the following deliverables and roles:

o Master the IAM ecosystem and tools in use within the entity.

o Manage the retail banking IAM activities in a transverse process mode: establish governance bodies to define and evaluate RBDF KPIs for IAM, complete and centralize IAM organizational and operational documentation, implement an annual documentation review, etc.

o Support transformation and migration projects to group IAM tools: risk assessment, ensuring the maintenance of security functionalities, etc.

o Formalize a framework for managing application and technical rights on cloud platforms to support DevOps transformation: map the organization of dev/ops roles and responsibilities, map the tools used, define the RACI for activities and environments, implement validation processes for creating rights profiles adapted to risks and technologies used.

o Implement an IAM management system for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) applications in retail banking.

o Participate in regulatory or internal compliance projects (LPM, NIST Barometer, DORA).

o Participate in group IAM workshops as the entity's representative to instruct new solutions, define strategies, controls, and standards before presentation for validation in the IAM Exco.

o Manage security exception requests that sometimes require the implementation of new procedures, tactical solutions, etc.

o Respond to audit recommendations: define technical action plans and monitor their implementation.
