I am Ina – Agile Coach, Business Coach and Trainer. Curious, versatile, direct.

My path began in the textile and apparel industry, where I worked for 13 years in an international corporation – in specialist and consulting positions, with a growing focus on what lies behind processes and figures: people, structures, and dynamics. Over time, the desire grew not just to observe change, but to actively shape it. Today, I am self-employed and exactly where I wanted to be.

I work systemically, agilely, and value-oriented. This means specifically: I don't look at a situation in isolation. Solutions are not created on the drawing board, but in dialogue – perfectly tailored, realistic, feasible. Co-creation instead of standard packages.

What drives me: Clarity. Most conflicts in teams arise not from malicious intent, but from a lack of clarity – about roles, tasks, responsibilities. That's exactly where I come in. With teams that want to work together autonomously. With leaders who not only delegate responsibility but create a framework in which others can be effective.

I understand leadership as a mindset, not a hierarchy. Less control, more enablement.

Sometimes, what's needed isn't a workshop, but someone to think along with you. As a sparring partner, I work through problems with you – structured, honest, and without pre-made answers.

In practice, this means:

I listen carefully before I offer input. I address uncomfortable topics directly. I foster self-efficacy – not dependencies. And I work transparently, with clear expectations on both sides.

Further training as a Professional Scrum Master, systemic coach, change and process manager, and certified trainer – combined with real practical experience from the corporate world.
