As an apprentice, my main task was to record the accounting documents for the files of the firm's various clients. Bank reconciliation and follow-ups. Administrative file management.

Administrative and financial processing of tuition fees and scholarships. I record tuition fee payments and create student entries in the information system. Pricing, payment schedule. I manage trainee deposit refunds. Record daily bank transactions (transfers, rejections) as well as payments, checks, credit cards, cash. I issue payment schedules, invoices, payment certificates, and I follow up on overdue payments.
