Project to automate the entry of account opening and modification instructions transmitted by clients through the Account Opening Form (AOF) to the account configuration tool, the Title Dossier Database (IBS). Responsibilities:

• Assistance to the project manager in task and change management in compliance with the prioritization process

• Roadmap development

• Participation in steering committees

• Study of existing tools that manage title account opening

• Writing specifications for the two teams working on the project; the Neolink team and the IBS team

• Subject prioritization

• Coordination between the two teams and delivery planning

• Development and weekly monitoring of KPIs related to account openings.

• Writing test scenarios and user guides

• User training

As part of the Loanscape program, focused on optimizing financing bank processes, a covenant module was implemented to allow agency and middle officers to track legal commitment clauses between CACIB and participants on an investment deal. Responsibilities:

• Study of existing tools that manage covenants

• Roadmap development

• Detailed writing of the business process

• Facilitating workshops with the business unit for requirement validation

• Writing the application workflow

• Specifying Epics and preparing workshops with the UX designer

• Monitoring and updating with all program teams
