Steering of digital projects focused on conversion and user experience (funnel optimization, journey redesign, new feature launches) on web & mobile platforms, in environments with high business stakes.

Projects: deployment in new markets, redesign of FR / US / UK / EU websites, implementation of a gift card offer (physical & digital), launch of several new features, including "order cancellation".

- Involvement within the Christian Louboutin IT department on 2 SAFe trains (Retail & e-commerce) around client CRM (Salesforce) and Magento e-commerce products.

- Management of dependencies, securing PI and sprint objectives, risk management, and support for CRM & retail teams within a SAFe framework to ensure reliable delivery.

- Coaching and mentoring of CRM & retail teams (clarification of roles, adoption of SAFe practices, improvement of visual management on Jira).

- Involvement within the Digital Branch of the Groupe La Poste on the laposte.fr e-commerce program (SAP Commerce / Hybris), B2C & B2B context.

- Steering of e-commerce projects from the scoping phase to production: roadmap construction, transverse coordination (Business Analysis, QA, architecture, security, release management, business units), and risk management.

- Main projects on laposte.fr:

o Implementation of e-merchandising (desktop & mobile).

o Deployment of the "Bundle MTEL Logo" commercial offer.

o Development of the "Digital Stamp" offer.

o Introduction of deferred payment for professional clients.
