Problem: Users found it difficult to manage their accounts, especially in tracking their coaching progress.

Solution: Make the user flow more structured by reducing the steps for account creation and creating interactive tooltips. Design an email notification feature to inform users of their progress in the coaching program.

Project: Digital Platform Portal (DP Portal): A service solution dedicated to internal and external group collaborators (DevOps, developers, Data Scientists). Its objective is to create DevOps service deployment products and APIs for the Total Energie group, and also to centralize the documentation, APIs, and data that collaborators use for the development and deployment of their projects.
