At Nanobiotix, I design and orchestrate educational and inspiring content to showcase our nanotherapies to internal teams, doctors, researchers, and investors. Between social media, bilingual materials, and agency briefs, my role is to transform scientific complexity into clear and impactful messages.

I also develop expertise in AI applied to communication to coordinate innovative projects, track deliverables, and facilitate dialogue between marketing, creative, and technical teams. This monitoring and practical use allow me to anticipate new AI workflows and prepare future collaborations between communication and data/tech.

Project Management:

Successfully deployed a large-scale SaaS solution for hybrid and online event management, incorporating advanced AI-driven features for enhanced user interaction and engagement.

Collaborated with Microsoft to customize and enhance Teams Town Hall based on internal specifications, including the integration of AI functionalities. Designed a comprehensive user guide to facilitate adoption and ensure optimal utilization.

Event Coordination:

Oversaw the end-to-end coordination of online and hybrid events, including technical vendor management, production oversight, and network support. Implemented interactive AI tools to streamline audience interaction, optimize workflows, and enhance participant engagement.

Managed a portfolio of clients in the cybersecurity and IT sectors, as well as the IT department.

Created print and digital content (creative briefs, storytelling, newsletters, etc.).

Organized and managed annual events.
