I assist IPPs, SMEs, and startups in the renewable energy sector in increasing the value of their production assets and launching new businesses.

My scope: electricity markets, balancing and adjustment mechanisms, energy flexibility, battery storage (BESS), self-consumption, PPAs, and supply licenses.

Over the past 5 years, I have assisted clients with concrete issues:

→ Study and management of new battery storage projects in hybrid with PV

→ Obtaining an electricity supply license (DGEC) for a portfolio of 154 MWc

→ Structuring individual self-consumption offers for industrial sites (> 1 MW)

→ Management of a hybrid PV + battery + hydrogen demonstrator

→ Techno-economic modeling of new sectors and associated business plans

Before that, 7 years at EDF within DOAAT — Daily and intraday optimization, hydraulic optimization, team coordination, on-call decision-making.

An engineer from Grenoble INP / KTH Stockholm, I combine fine technical expertise, market knowledge, and the ability to initiate projects from A to Z — from study to operational implementation.
