Context

Integration into the Scrum Team responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving the company's databases and CRM through advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques. The challenge was to facilitate collaboration with relevant stakeholders, such as marketing teams and data specialists, to understand needs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose effective solutions.

Tasks

Facilitation of iteration planning with the Scrum team and stakeholders, identifying key objectives and defining features to be delivered to improve the company's databases and CRM.

Close coordination and communication with marketing teams and data specialists to gather specific requirements and needs related to statistical and predictive modeling, in order to improve the efficiency and relevance of databases. Implementation of a smooth integration process for the Scrum Team into the L'Oréal work environment, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding between different teams and departments. Organization and facilitation of the daily stand-up meeting for the Scrum team, ensuring that each member shares their progress, identifies potential obstacles, and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve them. Management of collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary resources for statistical and predictive modeling tasks, facilitating communication and coordination between teams. Monitoring of metrics and key indicators related to database and CRM improvement, using appropriate tools and dashboards to measure progress and identify improvement opportunities.

Context

I am acting here as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master for the development of a platform designed to facilitate the rapid transmission of files for individuals in police custody to judicial authorities. The objective of this initiative is to digitize this procedure, which was initially done by mail, in order to prevent any exceeding of the legal detention period before the prosecutor is informed of the situation.

Tasks

Redefinition of everyone's roles (especially the proxy PO role). Raising awareness among all employees about the fundamentals of agility. Facilitation of workshops. Creation of the dropdown chart which was missing upon my arrival. Updating the scrum board to reflect the ongoing tasks and project stages. Facilitating internal communication and collaboration effectiveness.

Enhanced training of a project manager for their upcoming role as Scrum Master. Implementation of decision-making tools with stakeholders to maximize the value of the expressed need. Proactive identification and resolution of conflicts and obstacles that could hinder project progress. Re-evaluation of backlog priorities, promotion of agile best practices, and raising team awareness of Agile principles and values. Organization and coordination of training sessions and workshops to strengthen the team's agile knowledge and skills. Facilitation of communication and collaboration among team members through agile games, to foster idea exchange and problem-solving. Encouraging a culture of learning and experimentation that was not present within the organization upon my arrival.

Context

Integration into the Scrum Team responsible for maintaining the product inventory and order management platform. The platform provides teams with a global and instant view of coverage duration and delivery time, facilitating automated ordering from multiple suppliers. Coordination between Scrum teams and national and international suppliers was the main challenge to overcome.

Tasks

Facilitation of Scrum team setup, including the Product Owner, developers, and other key members, for the creation of the real-time ordering platform. Support in identifying and defining specific project objectives and requirements, in collaboration with the Product Owner and relevant stakeholders. Implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices and principles for effective Scrum team management and integration with other teams and stakeholders involved in the ordering process.

Coordination of Scrum team activities with national and international suppliers to facilitate automated ordering based on real-time analysis of inventory and delivery times. Facilitation of Scrum team planning, review, and retrospective meetings, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and continuous improvements are identified and implemented. Management of risks related to automated ordering and integration with supplier systems, by implementing security and validation measures to ensure the reliability and confidentiality of sensitive data.
