- Team Management:

• Led a team of 6 expert engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Infrastructure Architecture Implementation:

• Deployed infrastructure architectures for over 300 B2B clients, offering customized cloud solutions to meet each company's specific needs.

• Supervised shared platforms based on VMware virtualization systems (Dell servers) and OpenStack (Huawei servers).

• Implemented Palo Alto or Fortinet firewalls according to client architectures, as well as Web Application Firewall (WAF) services on F5, to enhance infrastructure security.

• Integrated anti-DDoS services via HARBOR, ensuring effective protection against online threats.

- Major Private Cloud Projects:

• Led major private cloud deployment projects, offering solutions based on Nutanix (AHV) and VDI environments, thereby improving user experience and operational performance.

• Managed client support in their cloud migration (Go to Cloud), providing strategic and technical expertise for a smooth and efficient transition.

- Outsourcing and Support:

• Supervised the outsourcing of IaaS cloud solutions, managing the entire customer service lifecycle, from initial architecture to ongoing maintenance.

• Developed proactive support processes, ensuring continuous service availability and rapid incident resolution (SLA).

• Implemented key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of support operations, while collaborating with other departments for continuous service improvement.

- Security:

• Developed and implemented advanced security policies to protect information systems, integrating technologies tailored to client needs.

Within the Cloud Software Distribution department reporting to the financial director, the Cloud Processes Project Manager supports the continuous improvement of the experience for all Cloud clients. Projects:

• Project Governance

• Digitalization of software ordering and delivery processes

• API architecture for the download platform

• Structuring of project phases and granularity

• Coordination and monitoring of the project lifecycle

• Definition and presentation of strategic plans regarding digital distribution

• Compliance with client delivery milestones (QCD)

• Focal point with R&D and IT on all matters related to online electronic distribution

• Crisis management (Log4J, analysis of software distribution to high-risk countries...)
